Do I get a full refund including shipping costs?

In order to receive your full refund, it is important that you return the item in its original condition. You can therefore check the item but not use it (e.g. you cannot use a pan for frying and then return it).

The return is FREE if you follow our return process and use our parcel services for the return. If you use another carrier to return the item, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

What is the return policy?

The cancellation period for Rustikhaus items is 30 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the item. Multiple items in one order? lucky!

The cancellation period only comes into effect once you have received all your products. If the item is damaged or incomplete, please let us know.

If you are not satisfied with your order (including discounted items), you can return the items as long as they are in their original packaging, in their original condition and of course complete.
